Returns, Refunds, Cancellation & Exchange Policy
Any cancellations, returns or exchange are governed by this policy ("Return Policy"). Unfortunately, currently we do not entertain any claims of returns or exchange.
1. Cancellations
An order once placed cannot be cancelled. However, you may contact us on the store contact details for cancellation requests. Cancellation in such cases will be done at our sole discretion.
2. Replacement
We do not provide refund. However we do provide a replacement in an unlikely event of damage or different product sent. We will schedule a replacement pickup and on approval. We will ship out a new product to you.
